WEER is a fully licensed centre by UK’s Psytech International to conduct Psychometric Assessments using both Personality and Ability Test Instruments. These Assessment Instruments are utilized on identifying likely personalities, abilities and aptitudes of employees to support managerial decision making pertaining to Recruitment & Selection, Talent & Career Development and Succession Planning.
A battery of assessment instruments are used independently against a job description and an organizational profile or part of an Assessment Centre which includes structured interviews and simulations.
